Tbh with all the nonsense politics its difficult to get excited for , I suppose the club could benefit financially so that's a positive.
I hope Bradford lose in the first playoff game and one of the underdogs wins and makes a mockery of the old corrupt debacle that is this season .
Imagine being promoted when not even reaching the final whilst playing in a ground not fit for purpose and the old nigel wood fiasco , that would truly be embarrassing.

3rd v 6th could very well be bulls v Fax. What a delightful season's end it would be for the bulls if Fax finished their season there and then. As for the Widnes game it could be a cracker. I wouldn't rule out another draw!

Disappointed McCarron hasn't made the squad - with rumours of him moving on likely to have seen the last of him. With no Whitby this week would hope Jouffret gets at least a spot on the bench, in again what seems likely to be at least his last appearance at home. Otherwise can't see many if any other changes made from last week, assuming Alfie Johnson is fit. In some previous years we've had a really anticlimactic final match - important they try to put on a show on Sunday both to extend the season but also to help boost season ticket sales for next year.

Really enjoyable game, probably won in the first 15/20 minutes when excellent defence held them out. Couple of excellent tries but generally defence much better than attack today - both halves defended strongly but didn't offer too much in attack. Brandon Douglas was again immense in attack and defence, well supported by several other forwards especially Fairbank who got regularly clattered for his troubles. Crookes made a lot of critical tackles and seems to keep the backs organised defensively. Tibbs also continued his excellent form running strongly and taking his try really well. Nice to see Jouffret get on at the end, although to say the last few minutes were tense would be a bit of an understatement. Finally great to have such a great atmosphere, generated by both sets of supporters - difficult to see how the return home could have gone any better.

As above great effort from all involved despite a mid season meltdown, I like others can only wonder how it might have worked out with numbers 1 and 6 playing where most people thought were their best positions.
However good luck to the Fax in the play offs, the only seemingly positive is the higher up they finish the few more grand they will get for next year.
Whilst not a vindictive type guy, hope Bradford fail at the first hurdle of playoffs then are embarrassed to accept a place in Super league that is not warranted, although big Nige is that thick skinned.
